Osvaldo Golijov/ Dawn Upshaw Workshop Young Artists Concert A Program of the Weill Music Institute at Carnegie Hall in Partnership with the Bard Colge Conservatory of Music Osvaldo Golijov/ Dawn Upshaw Workshop for Composers and Singers, a Professional Training Workshop This workshop was in two parts, with sessions at Bard College in November, 2006 and April, 2007, and two Young Artists concerts in Weill Recital Hall. Carnegie Hall commissioned eight young composers to write new works for one to two singers and small ensemble, all of which received their world premieres on these concerts.
