Rufus Wainwright, Singer Rufus Wainwright re-created Judy Garland's April 23, 1961 Carnegie Hall concert with these performances (June 14 and 15, 2006), using the original musical arrangements (by Mort Lindsey, Billy May, and Nelson Riddle) with minor adaptations (by Jon Charles and Christopher Jahnke). The original sequined jacket that Garland wore for her 1961 concert was displayed in the Rose Museum for both Wainwright concerts, on loan from a private collector. 2006-06-14T20:00:00
