Carnegie Hall Centennial Festival: Carnegie Hall Centennial Gala Concert This was the second part of a two-concert celebration of Carnegie Hall's 100th birthday. This concert was broadcast live across the USA as part of a PBS broadcast, hosted by Beverly Sills and Peter Jennings, celebrating the Carnegie Hall Centennial. The PBS program was also shown in South America, Europe and Japan (see also 5/5/91, 4:00pm concert).
