<rdfs:comment>Advertisements for these concerts (March 2, 4, and 6, 1960) in the New York Times (e.g. Feb. 28, 1960, pg. X5) state the following:
"Extra Added Feature: Rome Fashion Parade spotlighting dramatic styles by Fontana and Brioni"
Billboard Magazine (March 14, 1960, pg. 4) reported that there were 300 standees in the audience, and that an estimated 3,000 people were turned away from the show.
The program was divided into four parts:
First part: 10 songs, chosen by audience vote on March 2 and 4, were performed; this was followed by an intermission, during which the audience again voted for a favorite
Second part: "The Italian Parade of Fashions by Fontana of Rome - the Italian 'couturier' of celebrities, and Brioni 'The Rome Tailor'"
Third part: San Remo Festival 1960: The three winning songs of the "Festival di San Remo 1960" were presented
Fourth part: Results of the earlier voting and presentation of the three winning songs of the "First New York Festival of Italian Song"</rdfs:comment>
