Jessye Norman, Soprano Ms. Norman was originally scheduled to present Ravel's Chansons Madecasses and six of Arnold Schoenberg's Brettl-lieder on the first half of this program, but these works, although they appear in the original printed Stagebill, were withdrawn at the last minute.
