- Entered from booking ledger and New York Times concert listing and review. Donald Palma is the only performer identified by name. The work by Michael Levenson is not identified by title, only by the description that it was a "multimedia effort to be philosophical about man's landing on the moon. It involved slides projected on a screen, Mr. Palma and his double bass and an amplifying system." The correct program order is uncertain.
