- Entered from booking ledger and New York Times concert listing and review. The accompanist for Robert Lombardo's "Climbing for Tree Frogs" is not identified; however, since, according to the Robert Lombardo papers at Northwestern University, the original version of the song cycle was written for soprano and harpsichord, it is surmised that Edward Smith, who accompanied the Stradella cantatas, may have accompanied on the Lombardo work as well.
