- Entered from booking ledger and New York Times concert listing and review. According to the review, the program was billed as "songs of love and longing". None of the works are identified by title. Note that although both the ledger and the concert listing identify the pianist as Charlotte Martin, she is not mentioned in the review, so it is assumed she was replaced by Thomas Dimon, who is identified as the accompanist (as well as soloist in two short, unidentified works by Ravel).
