- Entered from booking ledger and New York Times concert listing and review. The correct program order is uncertain, and the listing shows a work not mentioned in the review, "Dialogue, jazz improvisation with Martin Sheen and the Avenue "B" Kids", which may not have been performed. Although the review states that this performance was the world premiere of Harold Seletsky's Chamber Cantata, according to the records of the Carnegie Hall Rose Archives and the New York Times, the world premiere was given in Carnegie Recital Hall on May 16, 1965.
