- Entered from booking ledger and New York Times concert listing and review. There is some abiguity concerning the Alec Wilder work, which appears in the event listing as "Suite for clarinet and 'cello quintet", and in the review as "Suite for clarinet", followed by some syntactically garbled text caused by a typesetting error. Since this performance is described as the world premiere, it is believed not to be the Suite for Clarinet and Strings, which was premiered in 1947.
