- Entered from booking ledger and New York Times concert listing and review. According to the review, Irwin Swack's Quintet for Woodwinds, which was to have been given its world premiere, was not performed due to an unexplained mixup whereby the performers did not arrive for the performance. Neither the listing nor the review name the performers on Antonio Lora's "Lament and Dance"; it is assumed the flutist was Cynthia Crain, but the name of the harpist is not known.
