- Entered from program advertisements (see 12/14/1933, pg. 4, and 12/27/1933, pg. 4, for examples).
Sponsored by Mrs. Joseph Sonneborn for the benefit of the United Parents Association of N.Y.C.
Advertisements bill these screenings as the "New York Premiere of an All-Walt Disney Program". Films shown include the Silly Symphonies "The Three Little Pigs," "King Neptune," "Lullaby Land," "Birds in the Spring," "The Bears and Bees," "Father Noah's Ark," "Babes in the Woods," and "Old King Cole," as well as four Mickey Mouse films: "Mickey's Pal Pluto," "Gala Premiere," "Mail Pilot," and "Mickey's Good Deed." An announcement in the New York Times ("Animated Cartoons for Christmas Week," Dec. 13, 1933, pg. 29) suggests that the films were split among two separate screenings; however, since the CH program ads list anywhere from 2 to 5 screenings each day, it isn't clear which films were shown at each, so they have all been entered here.
