The collection contains a ledger dating from June 1934 to November 1935 with an entry for the Week of September 21, 1935, entry for September 21, 1935, Carnegie Hall, Inc. for Rental of Thea (sic; probably abbreviation for Theater), $150.00, with the expense noted under the column for Porgy. The ledger does not indicate the time of the rehearsal, and since no booking records from Carnegie Hall, Inc. survive, so the time entered here is merely a placeholder.
