" Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen, Alexanders Antonenko has been suffering from a stomach ailment today and yesterday and is under medication. He has agreed to sing this evening, but begs your indulgence. Thank you."
The program was performed with two intermissions: one after Act I and one after Act II.
