- Some limited information on this performance has been included from reviews and Setlist.fm. An audience member named Tom Reid who attended one of the performances recalls that Moon wore a dress to introduce one act and a tuxedo to introduce the other, and sat in with Sha Na Na on the song "Caravan," on which he played a drum solo. "[T]hen he [Moon] somersaulted offstage into the wings." It is not clear how much of this information applies to either (both) of the evening's shows.
