From an article published in the New York Times: "Five hundred tennis lovers attended the first public showing of the slow motion films of the world's leading tennis players held at Carnegie Hall last night..." Slow motion films were shown of Helen Wills, William T. Tilden, William Johnston, Vincent Richards, R. Norris Williams, Gerald Patterson, Norman E. Brookes, and Pat O'Hara Wood.
