- Although the New York Times weekly event listing and a flyer for this performance do not identify this performance of George Crumb's "Four Nocturnes (Night Music II)" as a premiere, a flyer for a January 11, 1970 League-ISCM concert (also in Carnegie Recital Hall) lists a performance of the same work, also given by Paul Zukofsky, as a New York premiere. Unless the Crumb work was not performed as scheduled on this program, it is assumed this performance was the New York premiere.
