Works entered from reviews and notes written on the insert. Information on the name of the "Gooschepeix Foolyphone" taken from a Jan. 13, 1920 article in Time magazine, "Music: Gambol". This refers to a painting by Ernest Peixotto of a whimsical instrument, named for its "inventors," Eugene Goossens, Ernest Schelling, and Peixotto (painting can be seen in photograph of Musicians' Gambol participants that was printed in "Portrait of Carnegie Hall" by Theodore O. Cron and Burt Goldblatt).
