- According to a review in the Evening World ("Many Thousands Turned Away From Week-End Music", column 2), soprano Charlotte Maconda, the originally scheduled guest performer, was unable to appear due to illness, and was replaced by Alice Preston. The review does not indicate if she sang the same selections, so the program shown here reflects what was printed in the original concert program.
