- An insert that lists Mildred Faas as the replacement for Elisabeth Rethberg is for the performance on April 14, 1925 at the Metropolitan Opera House (see insert with program notes). Additionally, contralto Mabel Beddoe came in at short notice to replace Sophie Braslau (see New York Times review, April 12, 1925, pg. 13). Finally, since the second oboe d'amore performer listed differs between the program notes (Georges Apchain) and the printed program (Peter Strano), that name has not been entered here, since the review does not clarify the discrepancy.
