- Program calendar lists this event as a benefit for the East Side Vacation Fund. A newspaper listing ("Programs For Week," New York Times, May 28, 1927, pg. X6) describes the event as follows: "A concert of Yiddish music under the auspices of The Day, the Yiddish newspaper, will be given tomorrow night at Carnegie Hall for the benefit of a vacation camp for children at Whiteport, N.Y."
It is unclear whether or not the title printed in the program ("The Day's Final Radio Concert") refers to an actual radio broadcast.
