Although the booking ledger has a pencilled notation indicating a start time of 8:30 PM for this concert, the weekly concert listing in the New York Times indicates 8 PM, and a typed program label affixed to the printed concert program also lists 8 PM.
The printed concert program contains a set list from which selections were to have been chosen. Selections shown here have been added from the commercial LP release; the sequence of songs on the LP may have differed from the live set list.
