- The New York Times review of this recital (March 18, p.13) states that a program insert indicated that the aria from Debussy's "L'enfant prodigue" and Reynaldo Hahn's "D'une prison" would be withdrawn due to a royalty demand from the American agent of the Société des Auteurs, Compositeurs et Editeurs de Musique, but also adds "the agent of the society was said to have thought better of it later, and to have withdrawn his demand." Not clear if these two selections were performed or omitted.
