- Program lists Kabalevsky's Preludes simply as "First performance in Carnegie Hall", while program notes by Olin Downes refer to this performance as a U.S. Premiere.
Encores entered from review; although review identifies the Moszkowski etude only as "Velocity Etude", this was probably either Moszkowski's Op. 72, No. 6 or Op. 72, No. 11, which Horowitz often used as encore pieces.
