  • Selections, which are not listed in the printed concert program, have been added from Setlist.fm (cross-referenced with several fansites). Although the program lists T. Rex as the opening act, the concert listing published the same day in the New York Times (as well as most other sources) states The Wackers were to open the show. Available reviews don't mention the opening act at all. T. Rex may have withdrawn from the tour at the last minute, after the programs were printed; a review of their February 27, 1972 appearance describes it as the band's "first Carnegie Hall concert".
